By her request and following the example of her adored husband, Mrs. Paschall’s body has been donated to medical research, cementing the generous spirit by which they lived their lives.
Mrs. Paschall was born and raised in Hartford, Alabama, by the late James Mather and Ibbie Estelle Ross Brown. She graduated from Geneva County High School and received her diploma as a Registered Nurse from the Moody Hospital School of Nursing. She was instrumental in the founding of the Wiregrass Nursing Home and served as the Director of Nurses and Administrator for 32 years. She served as an example and mentor to many, encouraging us all to reach our highest potential.

Mrs. Paschall was a faithful and dedicated member of the Geneva First United Methodist Church, where she served on the Administrative Board, was a long-time member of the United Methodist Women, a member of the choir, and devoted herself to the youth of the church. For decades, she lovingly ministered to grieving families as the Chair of the Bereavement Committee.
