Wetzel Weeks

Ronald Wetzel Weeks of Columbus, GA and formerly of Kinston passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2023.  He was 58. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 25, 2023, in the chapel of Pittman Funeral Home in Samson with Jonathan Wright, officiating.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Teen Challenge.

Wetzel was born on August 31, 1964, in Opp, AL to the late Ronald Weeks and Janice Patricia Weeks.  He built and installed cabinets and worked for Teen Challenge for many years.  He had a God-given talent working with his hands.

He is survived by his fiancé, Lisa Hamilton of Columbus, GA, and her children and grandchildren; two sons, Zane and Zeb; two sisters, Janice Ronda Mullins of Andalusia and Carrie Weeks Spinks of Kinston; and his grandmother, Alice Cassady of Samson.
