Suanne (Morris) McAliley

Suanne Morris McAliley of Niceville, FL and formerly of Geneva, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2020. She was 69. A graveside service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2020, at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Mr. David Morris, officiating.  The family will receive friends at Pittman Funeral Home in Geneva on Tuesday, beginning at 3:00 p.m. 

Suanne was born in Dothan, AL on May 30, 1951, to the late Flynn Dillard Morris, Sr. and Thelma Skinner Morris.  She graduated from Auburn University, Class of 1972.  Suanne worked in the field of interior design for many years.  She was preceded in death by her brother, Flynn Dillard Morris, Jr.

She is survived by her husband of forty-six years, Charles Gregory McAliley of Niceville; two sons, Gregory Brent McAliley (Arin) of Luverne, and David Bryan McAliley (Jeri) of Niceville; three grandchildren, Macie Claire McAliley, Gregory Parker McAliley, and Charles Michael McAliley; brother, David Earl Morris (Debbie) of San Antonio, TX; sister, Jeannie Morris Owens of Destin, FL; and a nephew, Flynn Dillard “Trey” Morris, III (Susan), of Miramar Beach, FL.
