Reba L (Whigham) Johnson

Reba L. Johnson of Kinston passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2023.  She was 96.  A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 20, 2023, at Earlytown Church of Christ Cemetery with Pittman Funeral Home of Samson, directing. 

Mrs. Johnson was born in the Lowery Community on November 5, 1926, to the late Mack Loyd Whigham and Lillie Mae Dozier Whigham.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tank Johnson; and two sons, Sherman Johnson, and Rodger Johnson.

She is survived by three sons, David Johnson of Kinston, Joe Johnson of Paxton, FL, and Wayne Johnson of Kinston; eighteen grandchildren; numerous great and great-great grandchildren; and a sister, Ann Tugle of Carrie, MS.
