Pamela Grissett of Coffee Springs passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. She was 61. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 20, 2021, at Piney Grove Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Pittman Funeral Home of Samson, directing. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Friday, beginning at 1 pm.
Pamela was born in Dothan, AL on February 16, 1960, to the late Melton Carl and Kathleen Warr. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a secretary in the legal field. She also wrote articles for the Samson Ledger entitled “Pam’s Pondering” for many years. She loved to write poetry in her pastime.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Grissett; and infant twin grandsons, Josh and Jordan Littlefield.
She is survived by her husband, Louie. Frank Grissett of Coffee Springs; son, Joshua Carl Littlefield (Lakia) of New Brockton; grandson, Elijah Littlefield; brother, Tim Warr (Joanna) of Dothan; and numerous nieces and nephews.
