Matthew J Cleary

Matthew J. Cleary of Samson passed away on Sunday, September 19, 2021.  He was 37.  A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 1, 2021 at 12598 FOP Lodge Rd., Andalusia, Alabama.

Matthew was born in Elmira, NY on December 6, 1983, to the late Michael Ecker, Sr. and Tammy Cleary.  Matthew was an avid gamer and Twitch player.  

He is survived by his wife, Sandra Zaas of Samson; son, William Tyberius Pickerell of Illinois; stepchildren, Phillip Zaas, Christopher Zaas, both of Samson, and Anadelia Chubb of Dearborn, MI; brother, Michael Ecker, Jr. (Sandra) of Largo, FL; sister, Michelle Ecker of Florida; and numerous step-grandchildren.
