Larry Foster Obituary
James Larry Foster of Geneva and formerly of Macon, Georgia, passed away on Monday, February 13, 2023. He was 77.
Mr. Foster was born in Thomaston, GA on June 27, 1945, to the late Robert Leonard Foster and Helen Johnson Foster. Prior to his retirement, he worked as a police officer for the City of Macon for many years. He loved Alabama football and played golf at every opportunity. He was preceded in death by his brother, Ray Foster; and a sister, Brenda Foster.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Foster of Geneva; three daughters, Rhonda Schaffer of Macon, GA, Georgia Schaffer (Trey) of Gray, GA, and Vonda Hobbs (Clay) of Panama City Beach, FL; three grandchildren, Mandy Pritchett (Tony), Blake Pritchett (Courtney), and Drew Pritchett (Hannah); eight great-grandchildren; nephew, Robert Foster (Melissa) of Thomaston, GA.
