Jeffrey Carlton, Jr.

Jeffrey "Jeff" Carlton, Jr., 52, resident of Prattville, AL, passed away on Monday, August 4, 2025. Funeral service will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025 at Prattville Memorial Chapel at 11:00 am. Burial will follow with Pittman Funeral Home directing a graveside service at Sweet Gum Head Family Cemetery between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm. The family will receive friends at Prattville Memorial on Friday from 10:00 am until 11:00 am.

Jeff is survived by his father, Jeff Scott, Sr.; mother, Diane Priest (Michael); brother, Logan Priest; sister, Dawn Scott-Hays (Colan); uncle, Carl Scott, Jr.; aunt, Carol McAdam; host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Pallbearers will be James Missildine, Chad Hargroves, Terry Miller, Eric Miller, Justin Downs and Colan Hays.
