Obituary
Emma Rose Spivey, the child of Chris Spivey and Amber Goodwin of Elba, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2022. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 25, 2022, in the chapel of Pittman Funeral Home in Samson with Rev. Phillip Box, officiating. Burial will follow at Goodman Cemetery with Pittman Funeral Home of Samson, directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. on Monday.
Emma was born in Enterprise on May 8, 2022. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Betty Jean Goodwin; maternal great-grandparents, Emma Lessie Hudson and Robert Pete Hudson; and maternal great-grandmother, Helen Forrister.
She is survived by her parents, Chris Spivey and Amber Goodwin; two siblings, Madison and Dylan Spivey; maternal grandfather, Dexter Goodwin, all of Elba; paternal grandfather, Kenneth Spivey; paternal great-grandmother, Ruby Spivey both of Andalusia, and numerous extended family members.
