Daniel Shane Hughes

Daniel Shane Hughes of Geneva passed away on Friday, December 8, 2023. He was 51. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 15, 2023, in the chapel of Pittman Funeral Home in Geneva.  The family will receive friends prior to the service on Friday, beginning at 1:00 p.m.

Mr. Hughes was born in Geneva, AL on December 29, 1971.  He worked in information technology (IT) for many years.  He was a Christian who loved the Lord.  In his pastime, he enjoyed playing golf.

He is survived by his mother, Peggy Hughes of Stone Mountain, GA; three daughters, Lauren Hughes, Megan Hughes, and Christina Hughes, all of Lawrenceville, GA; son, Charles Daniel Hughes of Geneva; and the mother of his son, Brandy Hughes of Geneva.
