Franklin Daniel “Frank” Cowan of Webb, AL passed away June 10, 2017, at The Manor at Blue Water Bay Nursing and Rehab Center in Niceville, FL. He has been buried next to his parents at the Geneva City Cemetery in Geneva, AL. A service will be at the discretion of his son Andy at a later date.

Frank was born June 1, 1936, in Geneva, AL to the late Lonnie and Ethel C. Cowan. He attended Auburn University and worked in the telephone business until retirement. He was preceded in death by his son David, his parents, and brother, Sonnie Cowan.

He is survived by his son Andy Cowan of Blakely, GA, sister Betty Pascher of Shalimar, FL, sister-in-law Edna Cowan and aunt Geraldine Cowan of Geneva, AL.
